About Franklin Housing Authority

The Franklin Housing Authority has been providing affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income since 1953. Today we operate 297 public housing units throughout the Franklin, Tennessee community, serving nearly 700 residents.

We are funded through rental income and subsidies from the Department of Housing & Urban Development.

The mission of the Franklin Housing Authority is to assist low-income families by providing safe, decent, affordable housing and self-sufficiency opportunities.
